Rome Departure & Airport Connections
Rome Urbe and Ciampino offer potential departure options, subject to operating permissions and aircraft acceptance.
For Fiumicino arrivals, we confirm a suitable departure point and any required ground transfer before booking.
Send your airline and flight number when connecting from an international service. Allow time for immigration, baggage collection and handling.
Then, our team aligns the helicopter schedule with your confirmed arrival arrangements.
Landing Access & Your Positano Hotel
Positano has no commercial airport. Helicopter access depends on an approved landing site serving your destination.
We confirm the landing location, local permissions and onward transport before departure. We do not assume landing at your hotel.
Furthermore, narrow streets and pedestrian areas can affect final access. Share your accommodation name so we can coordinate the meeting point.
Naples Capodichino and Salerno airports also support regional access when your itinerary requires an alternative arrival arrangement.
Transfer Price & Your TOTAL Quote
Rome to Positano transfers start from EUR 4,550 per transfer. This is a route reference, not an hourly tariff.
Aircraft category, positioning, passenger load, handling and landing arrangements affect the final quote.
We confirm the complete TOTAL price and the included services before booking. Any requested ground connection appears in your quotation.
For comparison, the general helicopter service starts from EUR 2,640 per billable flight hour. That hourly reference does not replace the route quote.
Aircraft & Baggage Planning
We select the aircraft around passenger count, combined weight, baggage, weather and landing requirements.
Share suitcase dimensions and weights before confirmation. Soft bags may offer more flexibility within the available luggage compartment.
Single- and twin-engine options depend on the mission and operating requirements. Aircraft availability alone does not confirm landing suitability.
Our team checks the complete itinerary before proposing the aircraft for your private group.
How to Arrange Your Flight
- Send your Rome departure point, Positano accommodation, date and preferred departure time.
- Provide passenger details, luggage dimensions and any airline connection information.
- Review the aircraft proposal, landing arrangements, ground connection and TOTAL quote.
- Confirm the agreed terms so we can coordinate crew, handling and your final itinerary.
Return flights from Positano to Rome require their own availability and operating checks. Ask for both directions when planning your stay.
